Overview
SentimentWire is a public, read-only dashboard. We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information to use this service. This policy explains the limited data we handle when you visit sentimentwire.com or use the contact form.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or sell:
- Personal identifiers (name, email, IP address) from passive browsing
- Cookies or local storage for tracking purposes
- Behavioral or analytics data via third-party tracking pixels
- Device fingerprints or session recordings
Contact Form
If you use the contact form on this site, your name, email address, and message are transmitted securely to our team via a third-party email delivery service. We do not store contact form submissions in our database. The information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with any third party.
Contact form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving bot-detection service that does not use tracking cookies or fingerprinting.
Data Sources
SentimentWire analyses publicly available posts and comments from Reddit using the official Reddit API. We do not scrape, store, or re-publish individual Reddit usernames or private content. All sentiment analysis is performed on public, anonymised text signals. Reddit data is subject to Reddit's Privacy Policy.
Infrastructure & Data Residency
SentimentWire is hosted entirely on Cloudflare's global edge network (Workers, D1, and KV). Cloudflare may log standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, timestamp, user agent) as part of its infrastructure operation. These logs are governed by Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to or retain these infrastructure logs ourselves.
No Advertising or Third-Party Tracking
SentimentWire does not display advertising and does not integrate with any advertising networks or data brokers. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar third-party tracking service.
Children's Privacy
SentimentWire is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of SentimentWire after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
